Based on a Grand-Prize winning entry in our Rising Stars of Manga competition, Peach Fuzz opens with a lonely nine-year-old girl named Amanda. Amanda's mom has agreed to buy her a pet as a playmate, and Amanda, bored with the usual selections at her local pet store, falls for a sleepy little ferret that she later names Peach. While Peach certainly makes life in the household more interesting, she throws a major monkey wrench into the previously ordered - and dull - lives of Amanda and her mother. It quickly becomes hard to tell who's in control: Amanda or her new pet, Peach! And Peach has adjustments of her own to make, too. Once worshipped by a throng of other
